I loved feeling like a professional athlete with all the activities available like golfing, fishing, and cycling. Plus, I got to show off my tech-savvy side with the free WiFi.
Oh, how I adored the slippery staircase and wobbly bathroom floor. Nothing like a challenge to make a stay unforgettable!

Had a blast in Abergavenny, doing golf, fishing, and cycling. Stayed in a place with free WiFi - impressive! Even visited Brecon Cathedral and Llanthony Priory - so close!
Oh, how I loved slipping and sliding on the windy stairs. Such a thrilling experience!

Located in a charming village with beautiful walks nearby and a canal to enjoy in the morning. The cottage itself was small but well-organized, with a well-equipped kitchen and a thoughtful welcome basket. The accommodation was clean and had lovely small details, making for a cozy and warm stay.
Parking was a bit of a hassle, as it was only available in the village car park a few minutes away. The stairs were also a bit tricky to navigate, especially in socks.

Beautiful location with scenic canal walk nearby. Cosy and comfortable cottage with a great shower.
Limited parking options nearby, had to park in the village car park a few minutes away. It got very warm in the bedroom during hot weather, but improved with a fan.

The Old Stable was such a cozy, homely place to stay. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy for us to prepare our meals together as a family. The bathroom with the bath or shower was just perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring.
Personally, I would have preferred a second bathroom with a shower. But hey, I know not everyone would mind!

We had an amazing time at the Old Stable in Abergavenny. The village location was perfect for beautiful walks along the canal right from our doorstep. The cottage itself was small but incredibly well-organized, with everything we needed in the kitchen. It was cozy and warm, and we had a peaceful night's sleep.
One thing to note is that we were there on a cold weekend, and it did get a bit chilly downstairs. However, with the heating and extra layers mentioned in the description, it was manageable.

So much to do! Had a blast golfing, fishing, and cycling. The free WiFi was a nice touch.
Just loved how there was no mention of the nearest airport, like who needs to know that information anyway? *eye roll*

We absolutely loved our recent stay at the charming Old Stable in Abergavenny. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Brecon Beacons, and we enjoyed delightful walks right from our doorstep, especially along the canal in the morning. The cottage itself may be small, but it was wonderfully organized and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare our own meals comfortably. Despite its size, the cottage felt cozy and warm, providing a peaceful retreat at night. The cleanliness and fresh ambiance of the accommodation were also highly commendable. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful gift basket, which added a lovely touch to our stay.
Although we had a fantastic experience, we did encounter a couple of minor inconveniences during our stay. the mattress in our bedroom was a bit too soft for our preference, which affected our sleep quality.

This place is mind-blowing! The cottage is perfect for two people, with a super well-equipped kitchen and jaw-dropping little details throughout. The location is amazing, with loads of walks nearby and a scenic canal right next to it. The welcome basket was so thoughtful, even including a treat for our fur baby! The shower was simply amazing and the village had everything we needed, with pubs, a shop, and even a golf course nearby. We had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pet-friendly, non-smoking cottage with wi-fi and off-site parking.
